We specialize in Canadian lobster, king crab and North Sea crab. On request we can also source other shellfish, for instance snow crab, crayfish and other species.

Canadian lobster

The Canadian lobster (Homarius americanus) is avaiable from us all year round. Our lobsters originate from the waters around Nova Scotia, and is of the highest quality. We can supply all variations and sizes. The meat is firm and sweet. Our Canadian lobsters will soon be MSC certified.

Our market share of Canadian Live Lobster in Korea is over 60%, and our import volume from Canada is much bigger tha whole European market. This purchasing power enables us to enter Asian Distributor's Contract with many Live Lobster Suppliers, and we are actively offering and exporting to Asia regions everyday.

The king crab (Paralithodes camtschaticus) is sourced from the Barents Sea, north of Norway. The king crab is of best quality between all year round. The average crab ranges from 2.2 to 4.5 kilograms, and its meat is delicately sweet. King crab levels are internationally monitored and the status of all certifying authorities is green.

The king crab (Paralithodes camtschaticus) is sourced from the Barents Sea, north of Norway. The king crab is of best quality between all year round. The average crab ranges from 600 - 1900 grams, and its meat is delicately sweet. King crab levels are internationally monitored and the status of all certifying authorities is green.

Fresh & Frozen Norwegian Salmon Head On / Gutted (Salmo salar)

offers both HOGs (head-on gutted) and HGs (head-off gutted) whole salmon. This product can also be delivered fresh or frozen. Based on the coior, consistency and other factors all salmon is graded on a 3-point scale:
